MI by Sneha is a registered trading name of MI Studio Private Limited, with its studio and registered office in Secunderabad, Telangana, India. Using this site means you accept these terms.

Everything we sell is made from handloom cloth. Slubs, small irregularities in the weave and minor variation in colour between one piece and another are characteristics of the cloth and not faults. Photographs are as accurate as we can make them, but screens differ.

All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. We may correct a price that has been listed in error and will tell you before charging you. Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract forms when we confirm dispatch.

Pieces are made in limited runs. Stock counts shown on the site are accurate at the moment they are displayed but a piece may sell between your adding it to the bag and paying. If that happens we refund you in full within two working days.

Risk passes to you on delivery. Delivery estimates are estimates; a delayed courier or a delayed loom is not a breach of contract, but we will always tell you what has happened and why.

Your statutory rights are unaffected by anything on this page. Our returns policy, which is more generous than the law requires, is set out in full on the Returns and exchanges page.

The photographs, text, prints and the monogram on this site belong to MI Studio Private Limited. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.

We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise our liability to you is limited to the price you paid for the goods in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the version published on the day you ordered.
