Returns & exchanges

Return anything unworn, unwashed and with its tag within fourteen days of delivery. We arrange the pick-up and we pay for it.

Exchange for a different size once, free, within fourteen days — as long as that size is still left in the run. If it has gone we will tell you straight away and refund instead.

Made-to-order pieces, anything altered to your measurements, and gift cards. Each of these says so clearly on its own page before you buy, not in the small print afterwards.

Back to the original payment method within five working days of the piece reaching us. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer. Shipping is never deducted because we never charged you for it.

Wrong piece, wrong size on the label, a fault in the making — photograph it and write to us. We replace it, pay the courier both ways, and you keep the original until the replacement arrives.
