Privacy policy

Your name, delivery address, phone number and email, so we can send you a parcel and tell you where it is. Your measurements, only if you give them to us for a fit question. Nothing else.

We do not buy data about you from anyone. We do not run advertising pixels that follow you around other websites. We do not build a profile of what you looked at and did not buy.

Card and UPI details are handled by our payment processor and never reach our servers. We can see the last four digits of a card and nothing more.

Two kinds: the ones that keep your bag and your session working, which you cannot turn off because the site would stop working, and one analytics cookie that tells us how many people visited. No advertising cookies.

We write to you about your order because you bought something. We write to you about new runs only if you asked us to, and every message has a one-click unsubscribe that works immediately.

Our courier, so they can deliver; our payment processor, so they can charge you; our email provider, so we can write to you. Nobody else, ever, for any price.

Order records for eight years because tax law requires it. Marketing consent until you withdraw it. Everything else is deleted when you ask.

Ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at brand@mibysneha.com. We answer within seven days, and a human answers.
