By email, within a minute of the order being paid for, or on a date you pick at checkout. If it does not arrive, write to us and we will resend it in the same hour.
Does it expire?+
No. It is your money until you spend it.
Can it be part-spent?+
Yes. Whatever is left stays on the card and can be used any number of times.
Can it be returned?+
A gift card cannot be returned or refunded to cash. Anything bought with it can be returned in the usual way, and the value goes back onto the card.
