Pieces in stock ship within two working days and reach most Indian cities in three to five. Made-to-order pieces take nine weeks from the day you order, and we message you the day yours is cut.

We buy a whole warp from a loom and it yields about forty pieces. When those forty are gone, that run is finished. We do not reprint a run, and we do not restock it quietly under a different name.

Sometimes. Write to us with your measurements and the piece you want. If the cloth is still on the roll we will tell you yes or no within two working days, and it takes three weeks.

True to the measurements in the size chart, which are body measurements and not garment measurements. Our cuts are roomy through the shoulder and the armhole by design.

Take the smaller one in kurtas and the larger one in co-ords. If you tell us your height and your usual size we will give you a straight answer rather than a hedge.

Handloom cotton loses about two per cent in the first wash, which is why we cut it long. Chanderi and Kota doria do not shrink if they are dry cleaned first.

Yes, within fourteen days, unworn and with the tag on. We collect it from you. Made-to-order pieces and altered pieces cannot be returned, and we say so before you buy.

Yes, once, free, within fourteen days — as long as the size you want is still in the run.

Photograph it and write to us the same week. We replace it or refund it in full, and we pay the courier both ways. We do not ask you to argue for it.
